NOTICE OF RETURN POLICIES AND AFTERSALE ISSUES

Thank you for purchasing DH Vision’s products. We are committed to provide reliable products and services to our customers.

Aftersale Services:If you run into any technical issues with our product or even that you believe that the product you received is defective please first call our Telephone Technical Support at the first instance. Our team of experts will assist you with your problems and will also provide you with helpful return procedure. Please call1-443-539-7700,at U.S. Eastern time between 10:00AM-7:00PM.

Return Policy: Within 30 days of purchase we accept returns, store credit and refund. However you must first contact our Technical Support Team/Customer Service to obtain a RMA Form. You must fill this form and attach it to the returning package. Returns without properly filled RMA Form attached to the packaging will not be accepted. Returned product must not be defective (other than clear quality defects) and all original accessories and packaging must be in place to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Otherwise it will be in our discretion to either make a partial refund or to reject your return.

Outside of the 30 days return period state above we only accept returns by reason of clear quality defects after Telephone Technical Support yielded to no success. All of our HCVR and HDCVI CAMERA, NVR and IP CAMERA products carry a three-year limited warranty. All other products carry a one-month limited warranty. We reserve the right to determine whether if the returned product has quality defects. Please note that quality defect does not include physical damages and damages caused by misuse or mishandling. We will notify you within seven business days of our determination and upon our approval we will issue refund or issue credit within fifteen business days. Returned product must not be defective (other than clear quality defects) and all original accessories and packaging must be in place to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Otherwise it will be in our discretion to either make a partial refund or to reject your return.

After receiving confirmation that your RMA has been completed and processed into our system and you have received the RMA via Email, you will have fifteen (15) days to return the equipment to us for testing.

Please cooperate with our technical support team prior to all attempts of returning a product. Failure to cooperate will result in delayed or denied refund. All shipping charges for returning product are to be paid by you. You will also be responsible for lost items therefore please select reliable couriers.
